Booking conditions and General Information
Booking deposit equivalent of night stay is required to secure the booking.
Maximum 6 adults sharing per chalet (2 Bedroom).
Minimum one night stay not available during weekends, public / school holidays.
Festivals have a minimum stay.
Easter holidays minimum 5 night stay.
Long weekends minimum 3 night stay.
Check in after 1:30pm Check out by 10:00am.
Grampians Chalets are classified as a Smoke Free Accommodation.
Due to the wildlife in close proximity of the chalets no pets are permitted.
Deposits and final payments can be finalised with the following :

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60% of the deposit,
Cancellations notified between 7 days and 14 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 30% of the deposit, and any cancellation notified less than 7 days will not receive a refund.
